Who we are
This website, lentorgardenresidencesshowflat.com.sg, is operated by Tan Yen Poh of ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3002382K), the appointed marketing agency for Lentor Gardens Residences. It is not the official website of the developer, Kingsford Lentor Project Pte Ltd.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. If you complete a form, send a WhatsApp message or call the hotline, that is:
- Your name, so we know who we are speaking to.
- Your mobile number and email address, so we can reply.
- What you told us you are looking for — unit type, timing, any question you asked.
We also collect standard technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed and how you arrived. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Why we collect it
- To send you the e-brochure, floor plans, pricing and unit availability you asked for.
- To answer your question and arrange a showflat appointment.
- To follow up on that enquiry, including with related updates about this development.
- To meet our obligations under the Estate Agents Act and CEA rules.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to market unrelated products.
Consent, and the Do Not Call Registry
By submitting a form or messaging us, you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Lentor Gardens Residences at the number and address you provided.
This consent applies even if your number is listed on Singapore’s Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. It is limited to this enquiry and this development.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the contact details below. We will stop contacting you for marketing purposes within a reasonable period, though we may still need to reach you about a transaction already in progress.
